Once you have downloaded a copy of the tax calculator, before you open it for the first time you need to complete the two steps shown in the following image:
This requirement was introduced by Microsoft to protect users from maliciously created files containing macro code.
You can then open the downloaded tax calculator spreadsheet. You’ll see the following message (or one like it) just beneath the ribbon:
